01Free tier
The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment method. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
02Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and your account reverts to the Free tier (subject to its limits). We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period except as described below or as required by law.
03Refunds
We want you to be satisfied. Refunds are handled as follows:
- 14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase). If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will refund that charge.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us promptly — within 7 days of the charge — and we will review the request in good faith.
- Annual plans. Outside the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you will not be charged again unless you renew.
- Service issues. If a billing error or a significant Service failure attributable to us prevented your use, we will work with you on an appropriate refund or credit.
04How to request a refund
Email support@codehawke.com from the address on your account, including your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
05Exceptions and abuse
We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent or abusive, where the account violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or where a chargeback has already been filed. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
